Uma proposta de macrozoneamento para a região metropolitana de Curitiba, com ênfase na função social das florestas

Abstract

To consider the importance of the forests to the microclimatic stability, water and air quality and outdoor recreation, conjunctly with its industrial and energetic importance is a necessity of the regional planning. Thus, was analysed the environmental situation of the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba and based on diagnostic map, was elaborate a forestry macrozoneament for the region, enfatizing the social functions of the forests.
