Avaliação do impacto da deltametrina no predador Brontocoris tabidus (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) criado em soja e eucalipto no laboratório e no campo

Abstract

O estudo do impacto de inseticidas sobre a reprodução de predadores naturais ou introduzidos tem crescido, incluindo aqueles expostos durante a fase ninfal. Foi estudado o impacto da exposição à deltametrina durante a fase ninfal sobre a reprodução de machos e fêmeas do predador Brontocoris tabidus (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) em planta de Eucalyptus urophylla ou soja Glycine max (L) Merrill, no campo e laboratório, em adultos de diferentes intervalos de emergência, e seu reflexo nas duas gerações, através de morfologia, morfometria, histologia, parâmetros da tabela de vida e fertilidade e duração dos estádios. Este inseticida não teve impacto na morfologia, morfometria e histologia de ambos os sexos de B. tabidus em ambas as plantas, ambientes e idades desse predador. Os parâmetros reprodutivos mostraram impacto da deltametrina apenas na geração FØ, mas sem reflexo nas gerações seguintes. A fecundidade não variou no campo e foi menor no laboratório, assim como os números de ovos/fêmea e de ninfas na geração FØ. A longevidade de B. tabidus foi semelhante no campo e laboratório, indicando que o tempo de atividade predatória em programas de controle biológico no campo pode ser obtida de indivíduos oriundos de criação massal no laboratório. A deltametrina afetou os números de ovos/fêmea, ovos/fêmea/dia e ovos/postura da geração FØ soja no laboratório, provavelmente devido à criação massal em eucalipto e às condições de teste no laboratório. As semelhanças morfológica e anatômica desse predador nas plantas, ambientes e gerações pesquisados mostraram que estes parâmetros não foram afetados pela deltametrina. A maior duração do estádio N3 da geração FØ foi devida a exposição ao piretróide, mas a semelhança da duração do N4 desta geração com o controle nas plantas e ambientes e o N5 semelhante ao controle na maioria dos parâmetros soja no campo mostraram a recuperação do predador. Os estádios ninfais de B. tabidus não expostos a deltametrina foram mais curtos. A aplicação do inseticida nas culturas de eucalipto e soja pode ser compatível com o predador B. tabidus.

It was studied the impact of the exposition to the deltamethrin during the nimphal phase on the reproduction of males and females of the predator Brontocoris tabidus (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) in plant of Eucalyptus urophylla or soy Glycine max (l) Merrill, in the field and laboratory, adults of different intervals of emergency, and its consequence in the two generations, through morphology, morphometry, histology, parameters of the life table and fertility and duration of stadiums. This insecticide did not have impact in the morphology, morphometry and histology of both the sexes of B. tabidus in both the plants, environments and ages of this predator. The reproductive parameters had shown impact of the deltamethrin only in generation FØ, but without consequence in the following generations. The fecundity did not vary in the field and was lesser in the laboratory, as well as the numbers of eggs/female and nymphs in generation FØ. The longevity of B. tabidus was similar in the field and laboratory, indicating that the time of predatory activity in programs of biological control in the field can be gotten of deriving individuals of massal creation in the laboratory. The deltamethrin affected the egg numbers/female, eggs/female/day and eggs/position of generation FØ soy in the laboratory, probably due to massal creation in eucalypt and to the conditions of test in the laboratory. The similarities morphologic and anatomical of this predator in the searched plants, environments and generations had shown that these parameters had not been affected by the deltamethrin. The biggest duration of the N3 stadium of generation FØ had the exposition to pyretroid, but the similarity of the duration of the N4 of this generation with the control in the plants and environments and the similar N5 to the control in the majority of the parameters soy in the field had shown the recovery of the predator. The nimphal stadiums of B. tabidus displayed the deltamethrin had not been shorter. The application of the insecticide in the cultures of eucalypt and soy can be compatible with predator B. tabidus.
